What is the one thing that everyone wants in life?

What is the one thing that everyone wants in life? Money, Fame, Fortune? Sure that all sounds good, but the main thing all of us want is love. With out it we are lost in this large world. We were all born with the need for love, at birth, we don't understand it but without someone loving you and caring for you, you will die.

As you grow older you start to feel the need to love someone special, as a child it may be a pet, as a teen you really want to love someone but the need for sex confuses us and we start to loose touch of what love really is.

When you become a young adult, you continue to have those teenage feelings but start to realize that love is more than that. You find that one person who you would do anything for and they would do the same. But many people start to loose that loving feeling and people break apart sometimes causing a lot of damage to each other where instead of dieing for someone, you now want to kill the other person.

Some people go through life searching for someone, they may go get into their 20's before they meet someone and think they are in love but in essence all they are doing is getting laid (if they are lucky). Then that relationship ends, maybe someone else will come along and sometimes it may take a while for it to happen. But the same thing happens like boom there goes the dynamite!

Before you know it your in your 30's and you look back and realize the mistakes you made and you start to understand that life is more than getting laid (although it's great and helps!). Then you find it hard to meet people, and are scared of being a disappointed. Afraid that things will never work out and that you will be alone forever.

But one thing that always helps, are friends. You can never have too many friends. Good friends help each other out and get helped out. Good friends can become really close and believe it or not, male or female, they provide you with love. So love is always around you, day night, and good times or bad there is someone in this world who loves you.

When you die, friends come from all over to pay their respects for you, in the end people love you, not for what you look like, not for what you own, but for the way you treat others. Some people can help others all their lives and the only thing they want back is love and friendship. Because one day you are going to need help, and those same people that you help out may one day come to you rescue.

So love everyone, and everyone will love you back.
